• Course access depends on the specific access duration mentioned during purchase.
• hoGrowth Academy may update or modify course content anytime.
• Access may be revoked if you violate these terms.

5. Payments & Refunds

• All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
• Refunds may be requested within 7 days if less than 20% of the course is consumed.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on hoGrowth Academy — including videos, text, graphics, logos, course materials, and software — is the exclusive property of hoGrowth Academy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Sharing account credentials or distributing course content.
• Recording or redistributing course videos.
• Using the platform for unlawful activities.
• Attempting to hack or disrupt platform systems.
• Posting harmful or misleading content.

8. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews or comments on our platform, you grant hoGrowth Academy a worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content.

9. Instructor Terms

• Instructors must provide accurate and high-quality course content.
• Revenue sharing is governed by the Instructor Agreement.
• hoGrowth Academy may remove content violating platform policies.

10. Disclaimers

Courses on hoGrowth Academy are provided for educational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial or legal advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

hoGrowth Academy shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Modifications to Terms
